About me
My name is Prabha Pothen, I am a career adviser and interview coach to developers and tech professionals. A recruitment professional with a background in cultural
mediation and account management.
I help professionals land their dream roles. The hiring process in Germany can be difficult, especially for non-German candidates. I help candidates fill the cultural gap making their interview process straightforward and easy.
I also help companies find the right candidate for their open positions. From countless conversations with hiring managers and tech recruiters in Berlin and beyond, successful hires have in common a clear understanding of the needs of the employer, strong technical and social skills of the candidate, and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
