What data is collected and why
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry. This data is used solely to respond to your message and is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics. This site uses PostHog to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited and general navigation patterns. PostHog runs in memory-only mode: no cookies are set and nothing is written to your browser's storage. This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Data processors
PostHog Inc. (USA) handles analytics processing. Transfers to the USA are covered by a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Proton AG / ProtonMail (Switzerland) handles email communications. Switzerland is recognised as providing adequate data protection under Art. 45 GDPR.
Retention
Contact form data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and is then deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with PostHog's standard data retention policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data. You may also request a restriction of processing, object to processing, or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@prapo.io.
